Frequently asked questions

Is there a minimum subscription period?

No - on the flexible plan, you can pay per invoice. If you're on a commitment, you can cancel or change your plan at any time, you’ll just need to pay out the remainder of your current plan.

Do I need to install any software?

No - everything is cloud based and accessible through a web browser on your computer or smart device. You will require an internet connection.

How long does it take to set up?

Once you've created your account, we will contact you to complete your account setup within 1 business day. During your setup we'll guide you through setting up your payment options (such as credit card and BPAY), register/update details for your provider numbers with health funds, and set you up with DVA, ECLIPSE, and your hospitals.

Can I change my plan later?

Yes - you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. If you are upgrading, feature access is instantaneous. If you are downgrading, you just need to pay for the remainder of the current plan, during which time you can continue to use the full features of your initial plan.
